After you place your order and complete your payment, we’ll text you a link of an update of the order that includes an order number following by shipment tracking number of EMS from Thailand Postal Service (EMS) or Kerry Express tracking number. Use your tracking number to check the status or track your order.

Chat through Facebook Messenger to get a further information about the products you desired.  We will send you the order and payment procedure through Qwik 2c2p platform. You will be given the shipment tracking number of EMS from Thailand Postal Service (EMS) or Kerry Express tracking number once it is available through facebook messenger.

BACK ORDER

Occasionally, an item for sale on MITARATM FACEBOOK SHOP, MITARATM LINE OFFICIAL STORE, and MITARABRAND.COM has not yet been received at Akita Distribution Center or is so popular that it must be restocked. You may order a backordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. You will be notified with the expected shipping date for your backorder via LINE app, or email or Facebook messenger.

 

PAYMENT: Accept Payment Methods

We are giving out our best effort to provide you with the most convenient way to make a payment.  You can choose either

  • Credit Card: We accept VISA and MASTERCARD through Qwik 2C2P and Treepay Platform
  • Internet Banking: We accept online transfer from any bank you prefer.
  • Deposit Banking: We accept depositing at the branch at your most convenient.
  • AliPay and WeChat: We accept payment through AliPay and WeChat made within China Mainland.

When you place an order on MITARATM FACEBOOK SHOP, MITARATM LINE OFFICIAL STORE, and MITARABRAND.COM, your credit or debit card is initially authorized (not charged) to ensure funds for the order are available. This authorization hold (not charge) will occur every 7 business days until your order ships. You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and VAT tax rates.

 

SHIPMENT: Shipping Process

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all, we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, MITARATM FACEBOOK SHOP, MITARATM LINE OFFICIAL STORE, and MITARABRAND.COM and VORATARA COMPANY LIMITED cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, war, etc. 

You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and VAT tax rates.
